I work with school communities, education systems, and parent groups to deliver calm, practical speaking and education sessions focused on preparing children for a rapidly changing world shaped by technology and uncertainty.
My work supports parents, educators, and leaders to move beyond fear-based narratives and focus instead on the human skills technology cannot replace — critical thinking, adaptability, ethical judgment, communication, and confidence navigating change.
Sessions are designed to reduce anxiety, build shared language across home and school, and strengthen what already supports children over time.

This work draws on my experience as an IT specialist and educator and the ideas explored in The Advantage Code by Amanda Just, supporting school communities to feel confident about what genuinely prepares children for the future.

A future where children grow up confident, adaptable and technologically capable, able to navigate change with clarity, integrity, and trust in themselves.
At The Advantage Code, we envision families, schools, and communities working together to raise children who are not defined by technology, but strengthened by their humanity. In a world of constant change, we believe the greatest advantage is not keeping up, but knowing what truly matters.

The Advantage Code is here to help parents, educators, and school communities prepare children for an uncertain future by strengthening the human skills technology cannot replace.
We exist to bring clarity where there is confusion, calm where there is anxiety, and confidence where there is pressure to do more, faster. Rather than focusing on predictions, platforms, or fear-based narratives, we focus on what endures — critical thinking, adaptability, ethical judgment, communication, emotional intelligence, and confidence navigating uncertainty.
Through education, speaking, and resources, The Advantage Code supports adults to recognise that preparing children for the future is not about adding more, but about being more intentional in everyday moments at home and at school.
What We Believe
Children do not need to be rushed into the future — they need to be prepared for it
Human capability matters more than technical skill alone
Confidence grows through clarity, not complexity
Strong relationships and thoughtful conversations shape lifelong resilience
Schools and families are most powerful when they share language and purpose
